Cassie and Daniel has already had their Modern Wedding a week ago, but being the wonderful couple they are, they decided to have another wedding celebration with their family and extended relatives, all whilst honouring their Chinese Heritage. They chose to have the wedding at Canton Lane in Belmont and booked out the entire room for their guests. Everyone was treated to a ten-course meal consisting of traditional and modern Chinese cuisine.
My favourite moment of the night was when Cassie and Daniel went from table to table to host a “Yum Seng” with all their guests. A Yum Seng is a traditional Chinese Cheers which means “Drink to Victory”. The Bride and Groom, accompanied by their parents, would then yell out “Yum Seng” as loudly and as long as they could, creating a high in the atmosphere that night. You can see how much energy was in the room with the pictures.
To Cassie and Daniel:
Thank you so much for having me, and I’m glad I was there in person to capture the special day. You both really know how to throw a party and I can see the wonderful relationship between you two, your family and friends. Thank you for making me feel warm and welcomed, and I can’t wait for you to see the rest of your gallery!
